Ediciones Babylon has a calatog of novels and comics made by Spanish-speaking artists and owns some publishing divisions as MisPosters, which offers high quality posters made from original illustrations by talented Spanish artists.

Buying in our online store is easy and safe. You can make your payments by credit card or Paypal. If you are in Spain, you can also pay by bank-transfer, cash in delivery or payment in cash in our offices (only at Ontinyent, Valencia, Spain).

All deliveries sent outside Spain are made by certified mail.

Shipping:

Shipping charges depend on the area where the order is sent, the method chosen and the desired product.

Posters deliveries to Europe (excluding Spain): deliveries by certified mail, 22,80 € (8 working days, up to 10 posters by parcel).

Posters worldwide deliveries (excluding Europe): deliveries by certified parcel, 24 € (15 working days, up to 10 posters by parcel).

Deliveries to Spain: deliveries by certified mail (free deliveries for orders of two or more posters).

Comics and books deliveries to Europe (it depends on the weight): parcel up to 500 gr: 8,30 €  by certifed mail. Parcel up to1 kg: 14,55 € by certified mail. Parcel to 2 kg: 22,10 € by certified letter. Deliveries by certified mail: 8 working days. Deliveries of more than 2 kg will be sent by certified parcel.

Comics and books deliveries worlwide (outside Europe; it depends on the weight): parcel up to 500 gr: 11,90 €  by certifed mail. Parcel up to1 kg: 22,80 € by certified mail. Parcel to 2 kg: 38,30 € by certified letter. Deliveries by certified mail: 15 working days. Deliveries of more than 2 kg will be sent by certified parcel.

We advise you to group your items in one order. Orders will not be grouped in orders placed separately, so shipping costs will apply to each one of them.

Ediciones Babylon and Misposters.es are not responsible for any damage caused to items by the transportation company, but for our part we will take special care to protect each object to avoid any possible damage.

Before completing the order the costs are shown to the customer so they can decide to accept them or not.

The handling and packaging costs are borne by Ediciones Babylon and / or Misposters.es.

Payment

We currently offer the following payment methods:

* Payment by Paypal (worldwide)

* Cash on delivery (only in Spain)

* Payment in cash at our office (only for the option to collect the products in our offices, located in Ontinyent, Valencia, Spain).

Cash on delivery (only in Spain)

The purchaser will pay to the carrier or post office at the time of delivery.

When paying cash on delivery, the freight forwarder and / or post adds an additional charge to the user for the management of the refund. That amount is beyond the control of Ediciones Babylon, who does not receive anything for it. It is a unique transportation spending.

For Correos (Spanish mailpost service), the fee is 0.8% on the price to pay, taxes included.

MRW (private mailpost service, only in Spain) rates and / or post may change.

This amount is not included in the sale price indicated on the site of Ediciones Babylon and / or Misposters.es.

Transfer payment

The method of payment by bank transfer requires faxing back and / or email confirmation of payment.

In addition, there can be a slight delay in shipping the order, since it is not processed until we receive confirmation for that payment.

Within two weeks from the date of order without receiving proof of the transfer, the order will be canceled and the customer will receive a notification.

Ediciones Babylon and Misposters.es are not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause, as we believe that this time is more than enough to carry or send the payment.

Shipping Policy

Normally, orders received and paid, and cash on delivery orders, made on weekdays before 13:00 am will be shipped the same day.

Orders received after 13:00 pm will be shipped the next working day.

No shipments are made either on weekends or holidays.

Orders will be shipped as long as all the material is in stock and that payment has been verified, except for the payments in cash, which it is approved instantly (only in Spain).
 
Orders are sent by post office. For safety in the delivery. The delivery times indicated by Ediciones Babylon and Misposters.es are for guidance and we try to respect them. However, the delay does not imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation.

For the option to collect in our offices, we remind you that business hours are Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 9:30 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 19:00. The address is:

Excise and customs declarations

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (Spain), may involve the payment of Customs taxes, not included in the sale price indicated on the site of Ediciones Babylon and Misposters.es. The same situation may occur in the event of deliveries outside the Spanish territory.

Gift Wrapping

The customer can choose whether they want the purchased item gift wrapped and add a note to that gift, we'll include it in the order. This package has a fixed cost as little as 1 € (taxes not included).
